This wine is ripe and fruit driven but the palate is dry. Stone fruits such as white peach dominate the aroma profile. The palate is rounded with a subtle spice on the finish.
A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small proportion having French oak contact before being carefully blended. This is our largest production wine of about 20,000 bottles per year.
