Named after the producer's eldest daughter, Skye, this wine is made predominantly from the finest Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay grapes grown on Hush Heath's 50 acres of vineyards in the heart of the Garden of England.
The wine is fermented at a fairly low temperature (14-16°C) in stainless steel tanks to encourage an aromatic, fresh and fruit forward style. 6 months lees ageing has contributed richness and body.
