A full flavoured rosé, rich in colour, benefiting from the English cool climate, resembles characteristics of a rosé from the Loire region. A vibrant nose of summer fruits leading to a palate bursting with punnets of strawberries and raspberries, a hint of toffee apple and a persistent cassis finish.
We enjoyed this wine in the garden on a bucolic summer's day and just marvelled at the astonishing colour. In a cut glass wine glass, it absolutely shone like a pink topaz gem. It tastes nice too!
